Church of Christ at Minor - Our Newest Members

This page has been set aside to recognize those who have made the decision to be baptized into Christ. We also acknowledge those who have chosen to move their membership to the Congregation at Minor. A big Church of Christ at Minor welcome to ALL of you.

Ed Carr has been attending here at Minor for quite a while and recently came forward and moved his membership. It was Ed's desire to be identified with the Minor Congregation. We here at Minor are happy to have Ed with us and are very proud of his family heritage. Ed's family dates back to the earliest days of the Minor Congregation. Ed is pictured here with his Family.

Preacher Don recently baptized Debbie Moris here at Minor. Debbie has been attending for a while but now she is officially part of the Body of Christ and worships with us here at Minor Church of Christ. She is pictured here with her daughter, son-in-law and grandson, Noah. Welcome, Debbie. We are glad to have you in our Family.

Buffy Willett and Terionna Willett (right) made the decision to be a part of the Minor Congregation. They moved their membership so that they could be a part of the Body of Christ that worships at Minor. Buffy (left center) and Terionna (right) are pictured here with part of their family. Bob and Dinah Jones and their Aunt Mary. We are happy for them and we rejoice to have them here with us.

Bobbi Martin came forward on Sunday, May 4, 2008 and moved her membership to Minor. Bobbi has been at Minor for a long time and we now officially welcome her into our Church Family. Bobbi is picture here with her husband, Ryan and their daughter, Brylee. Welcome Bobbi!!

Shawn and Marcy Flowers came forward April 6, 2008 and were baptized into the body of Christ. we were so happy for their decision and are very glad to have them as part of our Minor Family. Shawn and Marcy are pictured here with their son, Chase.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to Bob, Dinah & Brandon Jones. The Jones' Family recently moved their membership to the Church of Christ at Minor. We are so happy to have them as part of our Family. We celebrated with a Fellowship meal in their honor on Sunday, November 11, 2007. Welcome!!

Faith Fletcher was recently baptized into Christ. Faith has been with us here at Minor for a long time and we celebrate her decision to become a part of the Body of Christ here at the Church of Christ at Minor.

Greg and Amber Lipe have been attending worship services here at Minor for quite some time. Both Greg and Amber have brought musical specials for us and we appreciate the sharing of their talents. We rejoice even more with their recent decision to move their membership to the Church of Christ at Minor. We are so happy to have them as part of our Church Family.

Sunday, May 20, 2007 was a great day for the folks at Minor. The Risley Family came forward to become a part of the body of Christ at Minor. Gina was already a baptized believer and moved her membership to identify with the Minor Congregation. Her husband, Greg and her son, Austin were both baptized into Christ. We rejoice in their decision and we welcome them into our Church Family.

Ben Menckowski has been attending services here at Minor for about 3 months and recently felt that he needed to be baptized. We here at Minor celebrate with Ben and the decision that he made. Ben is pictured here with Kristy Menckowski.

Jason and Danielle Humphreys came forward with the rest of the Humphreys and moved their membership to Minor. We are so blessed to have them as part of our Church Family.

Mindy Absher and her Family have been attending Minor for quite a while and Mindy made the decision to be baptized into the body of Christ. we welcome her to our Congregation.

Brianna Bruce came forward and was baptized by Fred Sims. We are very thankful for her decision and we are also thankful for the teachings that Fred and Cindy have done.

Based on the teaching and guidance from Fred and Cindy, Helen West made the decision to be baptized into Christ. Her Minor Church family rejoices in her decision.

Lori Bruce has been coming to Minor for quite some time now. She accepted the invitation and was baptized into Christ. We thank Fred & Cindy Sims for their influence and encouragement to Lori. Lori is very proud of her Baptismal Certificate and her new copy of Johnson's Notes on the New Testament.

Joining the rest of the Humphreys here at Minor are Ryan & Jayne. They recently moved their membership so that they could be identified with body of Christ here at Minor. Ryan & Jayne are expecting their first child in the not so distant future. Congratulations to them for their decision and for the gift that God is about to give them.

More additions to our Congregation include Paul & Kendra Humphreys. They moved their membership to Minor and we are so glad that they made that decision. We welcome them both and also want to welcome Kendra (Williams) back home.

Pictured here is Bob Humphreys with his wife Bette. Bob came forward and moved his membership to Minor. We are very happy to have Bob as one of our members. Bette is also a member at Minor.

We also welcome Natalie Hood as a new member here at Minor. Natalie was baptized here at Minor by her Uncle, Donnie Wright.

Josh Lee was baptized into Christ at his Paw's (Pete Young) pond in Royalton. We are all very proud of Josh. He is pictured here with his Dad, George and his Mom, Tresa and his sister, Lexie.

One of our newest members is Teddi Dollins who was recently baptized into Christ. We welcome her into our Congregation and offer our support to her. Pictured here with Teddi is her Mom (Deidra) and her Son (Gannon). Welcome Teddi.

Minor would like to welcome Bill Keasler as one of our newest members. Bill was recently baptized into Christ and worships with the folks here at Minor. Bill is pictured here with his wife, Lura Ann. We are so happy to have them as part of our Church Family.

Aniessa Ingersoll was recently baptized here at Minor. Her Dad, our Preacher Don, performed that ceremony with all of her Church Family as witnesses. We were so glad to see Aniessa come forward and give her life to Christ. Aniessa is pictured here with Harlan Ingersoll.

Nathan Sapp (2nd from the right) was recently baptized into Christ. His Dad, John, performed the ceremony. We were glad to see this fine young man make a decision to live for Christ. Nathan is the 4th generation of the Sapp Family to attend Minor. Nathan is pictured here with his Dad, his Mother, Beth and his sister, Olivia.

We want to welcome Chloe McCluskey into our Church Family. Chloe attended Southern Illinois Christian Service Camp this summer. While she was there, she was baptized into the body of Christ. We are so proud of her. Chloe is pictured here with her Grandma Debbie who is also a memebr of our Minor Family.

On Saturday, December 10, 2005 Amanda and Ashton Beaver were both baptized into Christ. We welcome them with open arms. The Congregation here at Minor is thrilled to have them as part of our Family. Pictured here with Amanda and Ashton is their Mother (Jill) and their Aunt Diana.

Sunday, December 5, 2004 was another happy day for the folks at Minor. It was that day that David and Brenda Flowers came forward and moved their membership to Minor. We are so happy to have them as part of our Church Family. If you have not had the opportunity, please take a minute or two to welcome them.

On May 18, 2003, Marge Walker moved her membership from Christ View to Minor. Marge has been with us for a while but we were so happy when she made this decision. We welcome her to our Congregation.

Sunday, January 12, 2003 was a GREAT day for the folks at Minor. At then end of our Morning Service, Bette and Sara Humphreys came forward and moved their membership to Church of Christ at Minor. We are so happy to have the Humphreys with us and we were especially glad when these ladies made the decision to join our Congregation..
